Regulates the unique mechanism of validation of the Individual Record of the Provision of Health Services — RIPS as a holder of the e-Invoicing Health, and other provisions.
VALIDITY OF THE RESOLUTION: This resolution applies from the day of January 1, 2024.

To comply with the resolution on electronic invoicing in health should be taken two structural changes:
1. The resolution modifies the structure of data for the sending of the electronic invoice to the DIAN whose object was to adopt the additional data fields in XML format.
2. The resolution requires the articulation of the electronic invoice with the individual record of the provision of health services RIPS.
“That, this Ministry issued the Resolution 510, 2022, as amended by the Resolution 2805 2022, the object of which was to adopt the additional data fields, in XML format, for the generation of the electronic billing health and articulate it with the Individual Record of the Provision of Health Services —RIPS as a support to this, as well as to establish provisions for processing.”
The compliance of the resolution applies to:
1. The providers of health services.
2. Providers of health technologies.
3. The promoters of health and entities adapted.
4. The servicers of the schemes of Special and emergency, as well as the National Fund of Health of persons deprived of liberty.
5. The health secretariats of the order department, district or municipal.
6. The insurance companies authorized to offer policies of Mandatory Insurance of Traffic Accidents, the administrators of plans health volunteers, the stewards of occupational risks.
7. The Manager of the Resources of the General System of Social Security in Health —ADRES.
8. The organisms that carry out pilots or research studies associated with the provision or the provision of services and health technologies.
9. Other entities in the framework of their constitutional functions, or legal need to deliver the data of the Individual Record of the Provision of Health Services —RIPS the Health System in colombia.
